Fiber:
The building is a recognized fiber crossroad on almost every national network backbone. Multiple fiber entrances and vaults. Two dozen carriers/providers currently serve the building, including AT&T, Qwest, Sprint, MCI, Global Crossing, Level(3), XO, Cox, Time Warner Telecom, Allegiance Telecom, SRP Telecom, MFN, Citizens/ELI, WilTel, Savvis, PureGig and Clear Sky Broadband.

DPTE is adjacent to the largest joint trench in the country (21 carriers). Numerous additional providers are in the street adjacent to the building and/or have confirmed that service is available to DPTE, including: Cable & Wireless, Broadwing, InterNAP, McLeod USA, AGL Networks and Touch America.

Emergency Back-Up Power:
All building common areas; 24/7 security is back up via house generators

HVAC/Roof Space:
Available for tenant’s mechanical and technological communication needs; building has a clear line of sight in all directions

Fuel Storage Tanks:
Stored in city approved 3-hour rated enclosures in building sub basement

Security:
Palm reader access; live video cameras; 24/7 security guard and escorted traffic corridor; alarmed and monitored access to electrical and telecom rooms, and risers

Fire Suppression:
Dry-pipe sprinkler system throughout; class "A" multi-plexed addressable building system; fire risers at each floor to connect with pre-action systems

Meet-Me-Room:
For tenants to terminate their fiber optic conduits; allows interconnectivity between tenants; enables tenants to receive service from non-tenant telecom providers

Risers:
Multiple risers for tenants’ installation of electrical, fiber optics, emergency power; coolant/ glycol riser for both tenant and central building system
