This 196,000 square foot facility was developed for data center use by a major international telecom provider, which invested approximately $60 million in improvements. It is engineered to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, and is located within the 1.1 million square foot Dolphin Commerce Center, which offers unsurpassed amenities and is adjacent to the 1.5 million square foot Dolphin Mall.
