Security
The One Wilshire Building maintains a team of on-site security staff 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The security staff works with integrated closed circuit television and card access systems which are monitored from the security post in the main lobby.
The property has been retrofitted with state-of-the-art automated fire protection and life safety systems, which feature a full fire sprinkler network with 24-hour monitoring. Tenant systems, including pre-action halon systems, are tied into the building’s mainframe life safety alarm system.
