Post Tower maintains a team of on-site security staff
24 hours per day, seven days per week. The security staff
works with integrated closed circuit television and card
access systems which are monitored from the security post
in the main lobby.
The
property is being retrofitted with state-of-the-art automated
fire protection and life safety systems, which feature
a full fire sprinkler network with 24-hour monitoring.
Tenant systems, including pre-action halon systems, are
tied into the building’s mainframe life safety alarm system.

16th floors. All tenant fire life safety systems are
tied to the base building fire life safety system,
which is supported by an automatic transfer switch
